Context

An e-commerce site for All Season Toys (Slegers import vof), a Dutch company selling premium animatronics for Halloween, haunted houses, escape rooms and professional displays. Rather than a general Halloween store, it's built around one clear niche (animatronics specifically) for customers who already know what they're looking for.

Approach

A product-first catalogue built around categories like zombies, witches, monsters and skeletons, with stock held in the Netherlands and clear, direct pricing as the core pitch: no middlemen, physical stock, personal contact. Because the products are highly visual, the site combines an exciting Halloween atmosphere with clear product information and easy navigation.

Outcome

The project underlined the value of strong positioning: a focused shopping experience for a specific niche, rather than trying to be a general Halloween store. With more time, the commercial side would go further: stronger product demonstrations, seasonal campaigns, limited-time promotions, and content built specifically around the Halloween buying season.
