Role
Concept & story, AI-generated visuals, sound and voice
Tools
Claude, ChatGPT, Kling 01, Kling 2.5, Kling 2.6, Google Nano Banana, Suno, ElevenLabs v3

Context

The first film project built entirely with AI-generated moving image. A one-minute cinematic piece about how fear and learned instincts for conflict create violence even without a real enemy. On an unfamiliar planet, humans fire first while the native creatures only react in self-defense. The piece asks whether conflict is something we find, or something we bring with us.

Approach

AI tools carry every stage of production: Claude and ChatGPT for the story, Kling (versions 01, 2.5 and 2.6) and Google Nano Banana for the moving image, Suno for the score, ElevenLabs v3 for voice. It marks the first time working professionally with AI-generated moving images: treating AI as a creative partner in the storytelling itself, not a shortcut around it.

Outcome

The project became less about producing visually impressive AI shots and more about directing AI-generated imagery toward a consistent narrative and visual language: using cinematic composition, pacing, atmosphere and storytelling to carry a theme connected to real-world conflict and war. With more experience, the focus next time would be on character consistency, emotional development, and using sound design to make the shift from peaceful curiosity to violence land harder.

Still: three figures in pressure suits walking out of the smoke, captioned "The war was never theirs".
Still: a shallow turquoise channel running through the alien forest, mist over the water.
Still: a gloved hand on a rifle, captioned "So we made them our enemy".
Still: a crystalline creature rearing over a soldier as muzzle flashes light the ground.
